Insomnia

Insomnia means difficulty falling asleep, intermittent sleep, or waking up too early. Everyone suffers from temporary fatigue as well as sleepless nights at some point in their lives. Using social media as well as night work postpone your sleep. Insomnia can also be caused by stress, temporary conflicts, and worries, for example.

Difficulty falling asleep indicates that the body is in overdrive. If insomnia persists and you’re not able to improve your sleep by your own means, you should turn to a health care professional at an early stage.

Sometimes the use of sleeping pills is necessary. Sleeping pills are for temporary use only and should be used according to your doctor’s instructions. Sleeping pills carry a risk of addiction. Drugs can cause side effects and the sleep they produce does not correspond to normal good sleep.

The lack of sleep cannot be replaced by energy drinks. Sleep deprivation can only be corrected by sleeping.
