Sleep and rest

A good night’s sleep is the key to well-being in everyday life. When you get enough sleep, you stay fresh and rested throughout the day. Sleep affects learning. Focusing and remembering is easier after a good night’s sleep. Creativity, emotion, and social interaction also benefit from adequate sleep.

During the night, the whole body recovers from the stress of the day. The energy stores of the brain cells are filled as well as the musculature, skeletal system and nervous and immune system are recovered. A regular sleep rhythm is the best support for total recovery of the body.
